April 5

-Cruelty to animals from the 3100 block of Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was a 3-year-old Golden Retriever.

-Criminal trespass from the 1600 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (department store). Stolen were one Lasting Impressions Air Freshener valued at $2 and three Glade plug-ins air freshener refills valued at $12.

-Criminal trespass from the area of the 800 block of Higgins Road, Shelby (other, unknown).

-Harassment from unknown Higgins Road (field, woods).

-Domestic investigation from Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 1400 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 7900 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from Canna Row, Montevallo.

-Violation of court order/property damage from the 300 block of Lakeshore Drive, Shelby. Damaged were mobile home windows, exterior.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from U.S. 280 at Corporate Parkway (highway, street). Damaged were the rear and passenger side of a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer.

-Criminal mischief from Timber Lane, Alabaster. Damaged was a door.

-Harassment from Southwood Drive, Alabaster.

April 6

-Burglary from the 1300 block of Camp Branch Road, Alabaster. Stolen was an empty jewelry box.

-Miscellaneous information from Main Street, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 2700 block of Highway 25, Wilton. Stolen was a Pit Bull (brown and white) American Red Nose valued at $250 and a cell phone valued at $50.

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Depot Street, Wilton (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a front quarter panel (scratched) on a 2005 Nissan Armada.

-Forgery from Ashington Drive, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Grant Street/Church Street, Wilton (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a plastic bag with a green leafy type substance with a strong order of marijuana and a half smoked cigarette with green leafy substance contents with the strong smell of marijuana.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of vehicle/theft of property from Windchase Drive, Birmingham (Suffix 01). Stolen were five credit card items and a check card.

-Theft of property from the 4600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (church). Stolen was a Dell laptop valued at $1,500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/found property from the 400 block of Meadowcroft Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a ladies’ wallet valued at $20, two credit cards, a State Farm insurance card, Blue Cross medical insurance card and AAA Club card.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 100 block of Spearman “Drive,” Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 500 block of Lovette Drive, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was the fright front door handle on a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Meadow Drive, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).

-Miscellaneous information from the 8000 block of Highway 41, Leeds. Listed were 42 “Roxy Codone” 30-milligram (lost bottle).

-Domestic investigation from the 5900 block of Highway 47, Shelby.

-Recovered property from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office. Recovered were 12 items.

-Rape from Brook Highland Parkway at Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from Pioneer Avenue, Montevallo.

April 7

-Animal bite from Goldilocks Lane, Maylene.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Windsong Lane, Columbiana. Stolen was a 22-inch RCA plasma television with DVD player valued at $1,078.96.

-Theft of property from the corner of Highway 61 and Old Lokey Ferry Road (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Chevrolet Silverado valued at $3,500.

-Domestic investigation from Memory Lane, Alabaster.

-Harassing communications from the 600 block of Talon Trace, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 1700 block of Highway 7, Wilsonville.

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Chelsea corners Way, Chelsea (restaurant).

-Burglary from the 800 block of Highway 336, Chelsea. Damaged in the amount of $100 was a door. Stolen were a 36-inch Westinghouse flat panel television valued at $1,200, two candlesticks valued at $5, a 12-pack of diet Mtn Dew valued at $5, a universal remote with LCD screen valued at $150 and three brass items valued at $5.

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Two Lakes Trail, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous information from the 600 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea.

-Resisting arrest from the 5100 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville (Suffix 01).

-Burglary from the 300 block of Perkins Ranch South, Columbiana. Stolen were a PlayStation 3 with controller, 10 games and connecting wires valued at $1,100, a Teka T-3 rifle valued at $1,256, a Mossberg 12-gauage valued at $350 and a Remington .22-long rifle bolt-action valued at $125.

-Domestic violence from North River Road, Shelby.

-Theft of property from the 6000 block of Eagle Point Circle, Birmingham. Stolen were 10 Alprazolam .5-milligram tablets valued at $50 and 10 Lortab .75-milligram tablets valued at $20.

-Unclassified complaint from the 7000 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Listed was a passport.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Justice Road, Vincent. Damaged was a lot grass.

-Death investigation from the 1400 block of Highland Lakes Trail, Birmingham. Damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Harassing communications/criminal tampering from the 900 block of Hargis Drive, Chelsea (government, public building).

-Driving under the influence from Highway 280 and Highway 119, Birmingham (highway, street) (Suffix 02). Confiscated, seized was a clear bag containing three blue pills with white grains and an imprint and one green pill with an imprint of a spade on one side.

April 9

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 4600 block of Highway 119, Montevallo (convenience store).

-Harassment (domestic) from the 4600 block of Highway 119, Montevallo (convenience store).

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from River Drive, Wilsonville. Forged, counterfeited was a debit card number.

-Forgery from the 5000 block of Palomino Trail.

-Receiving stolen property/recovered property from the 4200 block of Highway 30, Wilsonville (highway, street). Recovered was a 1976 Chevrolet C30 truck valued at $3,500.

-Domestic violence assault from the 4000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (Suffix 01).

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 3600 block of Beaver Brook Cove, Birmingham.

-Cruelty animals from unknown, “possibly 469.”

April 10

-Runaway juvenile/interfering with custody from the 100 block of Bell Drive, Sterrett.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 2400 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (Valleydale Mini Storage) (storage facility). Stolen were a fishing tackle bag valued at $600, rods and reels, an air compressor valued at $400 and a Craftsman tool chest with tools valued at $1,200.

-Theft of property/harassing communications from the 100 block of Grimes Road, Birmingham. Stolen was $2,850 in cash.

-Death investigation from the 300 block of El Camino Real, Chelsea.

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Baron Lane, Chelsea. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Drug overdose-death investigation from Chesapeake North, Birmingham.

-Prescription fraud from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (drug store).

-Miscellaneous information from the 3000 block of Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham (church).

-Suicide attempt from Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett.

-Property damage from Highway 119 and Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a $2000 Grand Marque (Suffix 01).

-Property damage from Highway 119 and Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2009 Toyota “Camry (Suffix 02).

-Property damage from Highway 119 and Caldwell Mill Road (highway, street). Damaged was a 2002 Acura (Suffix 03).

-Domestic investigation from the 2200 block of Highway 9, Wilsonville.

-Property damage from undisclosed, Chelsea (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2009 Toyota Corolla.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college).

-Harassment from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (service, gas station).

-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Injured animal/firearm discharge from the 9000 block of Highway 43, Sterrett (highway, street).

-Promoting prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (jail, prison)_. Confiscated, seized was money valued at $8,800.

April 11

-Burglary from the 100 block of Bear Lane, Chelsea. Damaged were two doors on sheds.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle/theft of property from the 14000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (specialty store). Stolen were a checkbook, Social Security card, driver’s license, credit cards and purse valued at $30. Damaged in the amount of $400 was a rear driver’s side window on a 1997 Ford Explorer.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from Off River Road, Helena (fields, woods). Stolen was a 6X6 GI truck with an unknown damage amount.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 North at Colonial Promenade Shopping Center, Alabaster (highway, street). Recovered was a clear plastic bag zip locked bag containing a green leafy substance believe to be marijuana.

-Break/enter motor vehicle from the 19000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a purse, $200 in U.S. currency, three gift cards valued at $200, unknown keys, two credit cards and various forms of ID.

-Death investigation from the 600 block of Brothers Avenue, Wilsonville. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Powers Road, Wilsonville. Stolen were dishes valued at $7,500, a house trailer valued at $800 and wheelbarrow valued at $50.

-Menacing/reckless endangerment from County Road 71/County Road 403, Shelby (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information-civil dispute from Wilsonville (field, woods).

-Theft of property from the 4300 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a vinyl motorcycle cover valued at $85.

-Minor in possession/consumption of alcohol from the 5000 block of Pinehurst Terrace, Birmingham (restaurant).

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (department store). Stolen were two sterling silver pendants valued at $20 each, a one-piece bathing suit valued at $20 and Crest whiting strips valued at $20.87.

April 12

-Miscellaneous information from Glenstone Drive entrance, Chelsea (highway, street). Stolen were various letters from the Glenstone sign.

-Domestic violence-assault/public intoxication from the 3400 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Damaged in the amount of $250 was a passenger window.

-Harassment from the 2900 block of Joinertown Road, Columbiana.

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Chelsea Forest Drive, Chelsea.

-Minor in possession of alcohol from the 700 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Damaged wee a windshield, driver’s window and rear passenger window in a 2001 Toyota Camry.

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Damaged were a back glass and a rear driver’s side window in a 2000 Toyota 4Runner.

-Miscellaneous information from Highway 280, Chelsea (bank).

-Assault/destruction of government property from the 500 block of Brook Highland Lane (highway, street). Damaged was a Ford Crowd Victoria.

-Use of force from the 500 block of Brook Highland Lane (highway, street) (save case number as above).

-Criminal trespassing from the 1800 block of Middle Street.

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $400 was a passenger side window.

-Property damage from undisclosed, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a front driver’s side tire.

April 13

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Dunsmore Drive, Chelsea. Stolen was a two-wheel trailer, 13-feet long, 5-feet wide valued at $200.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Salisbury Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 300 block of Wildwood Lane, Indian Springs.

-Domestic violence/assault from Beatrice Lane, Montevallo.

-Theft of property/criminal mischief from the 800 block of Brook Highland Lane (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a BF Goodrich tire valued at $850. Damaged were red ground effects valued at $550. Recovered was a black jack with silver lug wrench valued at $25.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from Sam’s Place, Shelby.

-Property damage from the 5000 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (commercial). Damaged were a large tent (structural type) in the amount of $20,000 and an oriental rug.

-Property damage from Highway 119 near Valley Station Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado.

-Property damage from Highway 119 near Valley Station Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 1998 Toyota Landcruiser.

April 14

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Highway 204 Montevallo. Damaged was a wooden door.

-Assault from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (jail, prison).

-Miscellaneous information from North Sub (other, unknown).

-Death investigation from the 2400 block of Vale Drive, Birminghaqm.

-Forgery from Trussville (bank). Forged, counterfeited was a check valued at $400.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Griffin Lake Drive, Chelsea.

-Harassment-domestic violence from the 400 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana.

-Property damage (vehicle) from Marcal Road at Dogwood Circle, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2009 Toyota Camry XLE.

-Criminal mischief from between Oak Mountain Middle School and Indian Valley (other, unknown). Damaged in the amount of $35 was the back of a bus.

-Property damage from the Highway 25 area of County Road 9, Wilsonville (highway, street). Damaged were a front bumper and grill in the amount of $300 and a front headlight and fender in the amount of $250.

-Miscellaneous information from Shelby.

-Minor in consumption/possession of alcohol/unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 28, Columbiana (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a Lortab pill and a marijuana cigarette (approximately 2 grams).

April 15

-Criminal mischief/criminal trespass from the 9600 block of County Road 41, Leeds. Damaged were three sections of wire fencing in the amount of $200.

-Miscellaneous incident from Paradise Circle, Shelby.
