March 20

-Assault from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (jail, prison).

-Theft of property from Turtle Point Drive, Shelby. Stolen were a homemade wooden ship valued at $600, two portable heaters valued at $60 and a red blanket valued at $10. Also listed among other items were a shadow box with Johnny Lightning Cars, Nike running shoes and 54 Hot Wheels cars.

-Missing person/juvenile runaway from Dayspring Drive, Chelsea.

-Runaway juvenile from Leeds.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Shelby County (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from “Barbera Jones Drive,” Maylene. Stolen was an unemployment card/credit card.

-Theft of property from Cahaba Bach Road, Birmingham (construction). Stolen were Bobcat items valued at $20,500, $1,000, $750, $1.100 and $3,000 and $7,000. Also stolen was a 1998 16-18-foot utility trailer valued at $8,000.

-Harassment (domestic violence) from Whippoorwill Road, Vandiver.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 300 block of Deer Lane, Vincent. Stolen were medications and one carton of Marlboro Reds valued at $35.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle, illegal possession/fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 3600 block of Highway 32, Wilsonville.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2000 Toyota 4Runner.

-Civil dispute from the 2100 block of Highway 13, Helena.

-Criminal mischief/theft of property from the 700 block of Queen Drive, Columbiana. Stolen was a mattress valued at $200. Damaged were seven walls in a trailer in the amount of $500.

-Damage to property from Highway 25/County Road 305, Columbiana (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Chevrolet Malibu.

-Harassment from the 19000 block of Highway 145, Shelby.

-Assault from Highway 10, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous information from Wild Turkey Lane, Maylene.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Road, Montevallo.

-Harassment from the 400 block of Southern Lane, Helena.

-Assault from Ruby Drive, Columbiana. Damaged was a 32-inch aluminum entrance door, three-ply windows in the amount of $40.

-Failure to deliver title from U.S. 31, Calera (parking lot, garage).

March 21

-Domestic violence-harassment from Eagle Ridge Apartments (parking lot, garage).

-Burglary from the 6500 block of Beaver Brook cove, Birmingham. Stolen were a 32-inch Toshiba flat screen television valued at $600, $32-inch Emerson valued at $500, Dell laptop valued at $1,300, five pair of shoes valued at $500, four purses valued at $400 and a Panasonic DVD player valued at $200.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Arrowhead Lane. Stolen was a John Deere riding lawn mower valued at $1,399.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Crabapple Lane, Vandiver.

-Welfare check from Chow Drive, Sterrett (restaurant).

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 270, Maylene (highway, street). uConfiscated, seized were a loaded syringe, two used syringes and an aluminum can bottom used as a cook top (suffix 01).

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 270, Maylene (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were two used syringes and aluminum can bottom used as a cook top (suffix 02).

-Domestic investigation from Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Jones Drive.

-Property damage from the 800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. Damaged was a passenger rear bumper of a 1999 Toyota Camry.

March 22

-Miscellaneous information from Waynes Lane, Vandiver.

-Domestic violence/criminal mischief from River Road and the Cahaba River (lake, waterway). Damaged was a 1982 Ford F-100.

-Burglary/unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from Dead Hollow Road North, Harpersville. Stolen were a “Canon Rebel camera valued at $899, a Canon flash attachment valued at $499, a 2GB scandisc valued at $69, camera bag with items including a two spare batteries, 2GB scan disc card and USB cable valued at $300, a zoom lens valued at $400 and $35 in loose change.

-Assault from the 4100 block of Highway 109, Columbiana.

-Assault from the 4000 block of Highway 109, Columbiana.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 36 near Highway 336 Chelsea (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a Marlboro cigarette pack containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and JOB cigarette rolling papers (suffix 01).

-Property damage from the 3500 block of County Road 86, Calera (highway, street). Damaged were the front end of a 2001 GMC.

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Highway 406, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1400 block of Turtle Lakes Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence -harassment from the 300 block of Talon Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Narrows Point Way, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Shaw Ridge, Chelsea. Damaged was a driver drive’s quarter panel in the amount of $350.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 2500 block of County Road 36, (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $3,500 were 24 feet of vinyl triple stack fencing.

-Damage to property from Ball Park Lane, Leeds. Damaged were 175 pound of chicken feed in the amount of $70, one electric fence in the amount of $300 and a barn interior.

-Miscellaneous information from the 8700 block of Highway 41, Leeds (highway, street).

-Harassment from 10600 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.

-Violation of protection order from the 500 block of Mistletoe Lane, Vincent.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 300 block of McDow road, Columbiana (jail, prison). Confiscated, seized were 1.1 grams of marijuana (three marijuana cigarettes).

-Driving under the influence/multiple lanes from U.S. 280 at Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Permitting do to run at large from the 200 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Alabaster. Damaged was a dog (vet-bill) in the amount of $305.94.

March 23

-Fraudulent use of debit card from the 100 block of Willow Ridge Drive (bank). Forged, counterfeited was a debit card valued at $411.06.

-Theft of property from the 11000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver (convenience store). Stolen were two Birmingham News paper boxes and 40 Sunday newspapers valued at $80.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 3000 block of Brookhill Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Breaking and entering vehicle from the 2000 block of Forest Meadows Circle, Birmingham. Stolen was a Ruger 9mm pistol valued at $400.

-Assault from the 4900 block of Keith Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Evergreen Road, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous information from Massey Road, Alabaster (highway, street).

-Criminal surveillance from the 1000 block of Stonecrest, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Highway 50, Vandiver (commercial). Stolen were a 1981 Mercury Zephyr valued at $200, two toolboxes with tools valued at $200, a heat pump for a motor home valued at $3,500 and copper piping.

-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Highway 26, Alabaster. Damaged or destroyed were various medications.

-Missing person/missing person located from 13th Avenue Phenix City;

-Harassing communications from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (bank).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 200 block of Chesser Drive, Chelsea. Damaged was a metal mailbox and post in the amount of $400.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Miller Circle, Birmingham. Damaged were a roof, mailbox and driveway.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol/public intoxication form the 11000 block of County Road 47 (field, woods).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the intersection of US. 280 and Chesser Drive, Chelsea (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information from the 3900 block of Highway 32, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property from the 6100 block of Highway 47 south, Shelby. Stolen was a blue toolbox with USA in white letters and a socket set valued at $160.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Morning Sun Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2001 Lexus in the amount of $1,500.

-General information from the 1100 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. Listed were 17 Adderaall 20-milligram tablets valued at $50.

-Miscellaneous information from the 400 block of Green glade Road, Birmingham.

-Property damage from Highway 47 just south of Highway 39, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Honda Accord.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 8100 block of Highway 155 (convenience store). Stolen were a purse valued at $20, a WIC folder, 60 Lortab 7.5 valued at $25, 90 “aderol” valued at $25, 60 “Klonopan” valued at $25 and three Social Security cards.

March 25

-Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of Bent River Trace, Hoover.

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Highway 343, Columbiana.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Highway 308, Shelby (specialty store). Stolen were various plants.

-Miscellaneous information from Highway 31 North at Interstate 65, Alabaster (highway, street).

-Domestic investigation from Hamilton Drive, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Hamilton Drive, Montevallo. Damaged in the amount of $15 was a wooden doorframe.

-Rendering a false alarm from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college).

-Trespassing from Hummingbird Close, Montevallo.

-Harassment from Hummingbird Close, Montevallo.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Lybrand Road, Westover.

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Oak Meadows Road, Birmingham.

Stolen were a backpack blower valued at $489, a backpack blower valued at $459, a side hedger valued at $389, a chainsaw valued at $564, a brush cutter valued at $1,009, a brush cutter valued at $900 and three weed eaters valued at $250.

-Missing person, unauthorized use of motor vehicle/miscellaneous information (violation of court order) from Wilsonville.

March 26

-Attempted suicide, miscellaneous information from Cameron Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from Highway 441 Wilsonville and Highway 145, Shelby (highway, street).

-Domestic violence-menacing from Highway 155, Montevallo. Recovered were a 12-gauge Mossberg, .38-caliber Charter Arms pistol, .22-caliber Phoenix Arms firearm, .22-caliber Heritage rifle, .357 Smith Wesson, .22-caliber Phoenix Arms and a .410-gauage New England firearm.

-Hunting or discharge of firearm from upon or across public roads from the 2700 block of Stevens Creek Road, Birmingham.

-Fraudulent use of credit or debit card from the 2000 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham. Listed was a transaction of $62.95.

-Forgery from the 2100 block of Brook Highland Ridge, Birmingham. Forged, counterfeited were checks for $900, $600, $400, $800 and $600.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 100 block of Evergreen Road, Shelby.

-Theft of property from unknown. Stolen was a license plate.

-Domestic violence assault from the 2400 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

-Burglary attempt from the 300 block of Kent Dairy Road, Alabaster.

-Criminal trespass from the 11000 block of Highway 47, Chelsea.

-Harassing communications from the 2600 block of Springhill Loop West, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 700 block of East Boundary Street, Montevallo (highway, street). Recovered were one-half Klonopin pill and two pills of Adderall.

-Theft of property from Rolling Hills, Sterrett. Stolen and recovered were a platinum and diamond bracelet valued at $15,000 and three rings valued at $10,000.

-Unlawful break and enter vehicle from the 1100 building, Altadena rise parking lot. Damaged was one left front window.

-Identity theft from the 3000 block of Highland Lakes Road, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from Vincent. Stolen were two factory speakers valued at $200.

-Domestic violence assault from the 400 block of County 335, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence from the 1700 block of Highway 25, Columbiana.

-Burglary from Birmingham. Stolen was a glass ashtray valued at $15. Damaged was an alarm sensor in the amount of $20.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 600 block of Highway 308. Stolen was a car stereo valued at $500. And recovered were two pieces of dashboard.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 400 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1400 block of Oak Ridge Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a set of golf clubs valued at $600.

-Domestic violence assault from the Rich Drive, Chelsea. Recovered was a Fuji film disposable camera

-Theft of property from the 3100 block of Brook Hill Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado.

-Domestic violence (assault) from Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett.

-Forgery/fraudulent use of debit/credit card from the 100 block of Highway 471, Sterrett (bank). Forged, counterfeited were three checks valued at $384, one check valued at $400, three credit cards and a Dell computer valued at $2,652.65.

March 29

-Driving while under the influence of alcohol from Highway 45 and Highway 487 Vandiver (highway, street).

-Domestic violence investigation from the 4100 block of Forest Lakes Road, Sterrett.

-Domestic investigation from County Road 41 at County Road 474, Dunnavant (highway, street).

-Violation of protection order from the 500 block of Mistletoe Lane, Vincent.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 270 at Kodiak Mines (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a bag of leafy substance thought to be marijuana and a pipe made of a .50 cal round.

-Miscellaneous information from undisclosed. Damaged was a van tire.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 2000 block of Wilmington Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from Auburn Road, Indian Springs.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of vehicles from the 200 block of Cahaba Oaks Trail, Indian Springs. Stolen were an iPod valued at $150 and assorted currency in the amount of $6.

-Theft of property from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana (supermarket). Stolen were a wallet valued at $5, four Visa cards, a driver’s license, birth certificate, three Social Security cards and a check book.

-Theft of property from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana (supermarket). Stolen was Blackberry cell phone valued at $350, Visa ATM, EBT card, four Social Security Cards, $3 in cash and a MasterCard. (Suffix 01).

March 30

-Harassment from the 2500 block of Highway 37, Columbiana (suffix 01).

-Harassment from the 2500 block of Highway 37 Columbiana (suffix 02).

-Theft of property/shoplifting from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Recovered were two water filters valued at $39.97 and one water filter flavoring valued at $9.97.

-Civil dispute from the 200 block of Hawthorn Street, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Wilmington Place, Birmingham.

-Criminal trespass from the 5300 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham. Damaged was a door and doorframe in the amount of $500.

Recovered were four clear plastic bags of suspected marijuana, one clear plastic toothpick containing marijuana seeds, three glass pipes with marijuana residue valued at $40 and two wooden bongs with marijuana residue valued at $100.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 block of McBrayer, Vincent.

-Animal cruel from Twin Way, Wilsonville.

-Harassing communications/criminal mischief from Springfield Loop West, Birmingham. Damaged was a tire in the amount of $75.

-Criminal mischief from the 2300 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham. Damaged were four tires in the amount of $100 (parking lot, garage).

-Criminal mischief from Glenstone Drive at Salser Drive, Columbiana. Stolen two letter “N”s and two letter “E’s.

-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 5400 block of Highway 280 South, Birmingham (convenience store). Listed was a 2001 Mazda 626 valued at $2,000.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 5000 block of Highway 28, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 2000 block of Birch Creek Way, Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Eddings Lane, Alabaster. Stolen were a Sony Playstation 3 valued at $600 and three Sony Playstation games valued at $150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2000 block of Stevens Creek Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a Browning Arms Co. .25-caliber semi-automatic pistol and a black leather Browning pistol pouch.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Cross Brook Drive, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 5000 block of Bent Creek road, Sterrett (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 1985 Chevrolet 3500 box truck valued at $2,000.

-Death investigation-hospice from the 100 block of Highway 441, Wilsonville. Damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 700 block of Highway 31, Alabaster (specialty store). Stolen were a purse and wallet valued at $85, four birth and death certificates, $185 in cash, 30 pills valued at $42, a driver’s license and credit and debit cards.

-Missing person from the 4000 block of Highway 37, Shelby.

-Burglary from the 500 block of Highway 50, Vandiver. Stolen were a Dell computer valued at $800, a Nikon camera valued at $1,000, a Sony DCR-DVD valued at $500, a Toshiba HD-DVD player valued at $200, a Samsung LCD television valued at $800 and a RCA portable DVD player valued at $100.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 1700 block of Springfield Loop East, Birmingham.

April 1

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Highway 416, Wilsonville. Damaged, destroyed was medication.
