-Theft of lost property III from the 4400 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (drug store). Stolen was a black, suede wallet with silver button containing Alabama driver’s license, debit card and miscellaneous items.

-Criminal mischief III from the 1000 block of Heritage Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was an iron mailbox in the amount of $395.

-Found property from the 16000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Property damage from the 13000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett (highway/street).

Damaged were 6-foot-by-6-foot shed in the amount of $1,000, storage chest in the amount of $250, storage shed in the amount of $500, three Craftsman weedeaters and accessories in the amount of $400, assorted flower pots in the amount of $100, assorted long-handled tools in the amount of $1,000 and five pine trees in the amount of $1,200.
