Damaged was a 2006 GMC in the amount of $2,000 and a 2005 Isuzu in the amount of $50.

-Breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the Walmart or Kirklands parking lot at the Colonial Promenade (parking lot, garage). Stolen were $600 in U.S. currency, a black and white purse and black wallet valued at $60, a Wells Fargo debit card, a Wells Fargo credit card, a Capital One Visa card, an American Eagle card and a Social Security card.
-Theft of property from the JC Penny parking lot (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an Alabama license plate.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and attempt to elude from Seventh Place Southeast (residence, home). Confiscated was a clear plastic bag with white powder cocaine residue valued at $1.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Scarlet Oak Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Playstation 3 slim valued at $300.
-Damage to property from Woodbrook Trail (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Nissan 350Z in the amount of $500.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of prescription drugs (highway, street). Confiscated were alprazolam pills valued at $20, a marijuana grinder valued at $2 and a marijuana pipe with residue valued at $5.
-Domestic dispute from the 1400 block of Eighth Street Southwest (residence, home).
-Theft of property from the 600 block of North Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was an HTC Android cell phone valued at $200.
-Obstructing justice by giving a false identity and warrant with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Primrose Drive (highway, street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Treymoore Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Regions Bank card valued at $5, a Mastercard valued at $5, a Smith and Wesson .357-magnum valued at $500 and a Rossi .38-special valued at $500.
-False reporting to law enforcement authorities from the 900 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).
-Theft of property from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (restaurant). Stolen was $20 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from Walmart at 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were numerous items from the home goods section of the store valued at $305.70.
-Damage to property from Interstate 65 northbound (highway, street). Damaged were a front bumper, two headlights and a grill.
-Damage to property from Interstate 65 northbound at the 239 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a 2001 Toyota Corolla in the amount of $200.
-Identity theft and theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Creden Place (residence, home). Stolen was a Social Security check in the amount of $1,214.
-Harassment – harassing communications from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store).
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Buttercup Circle (residence, home). Stolen was a generator valued at $3,500.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 200 block of 11th Street Southwest (residence, home). Stolen was a Lenova notebook valued at $500.
